1:1 Engagements

One of the ways I work with women are through 1:1 Engagements or packages. They start at 6 month packages, applying my signature system to the development you are looking for.

I typically meet with women for six months, as this gives you time to embody the change you are looking to make.

After we determine we are fit and enthusiastically agree start working together, the coaching package often looks like this:

The Discovery

This is where we articulate the desired future, the competencies you want to build and make a commitment to get there. This happens in two parts:

Discovery Questionnaire (this will be sent before the Discovery Conversation)
Discovery Conversation

Coaching Sessions

Our next series of meetings will be the coaching conversations where we will discuss mindset, challenges, aversions and attachments and assign fieldwork (action steps in between meetings). There will be opportunity for reflection.

It is a dynamic and powerful process. And so very worth it!
